Your responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and develop a Crew Operations team (approx. 4 FTE).
* Coordinate international crew changes (onshore and occasional offshore).
* Organize and oversee flights, hotels, visas, medical checks, and transport.
* Handle daily operational follow-up and problem-solving during crew changes.
* Liaise with internal departments, vessel managers, and external partners (port agents, helicopter and crew boat operators).
* Translate project handovers and readiness reviews into clear planning and logistics actions.
* Lead crew and project planning meetings.
* Conduct performance reviews and development discussions.
* Initiate continuous improvement initiatives within crew operations.
* Serve as a key contact for vessel management and report within the broader crewing organization.
* Provide backup support for other team leaders and the Unit Head Crew Operations.

Profile
Your profile as a Teamleader Crew Coordinator:
* Experience in crew operations / maritime logistics and team leadership.
* Stress-resistant, decisive, and strong in prioritizing tasks.
* Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
* Willing to travel occasionally offshore.

* Salary: €3,680 – €5,520 gross/month, depending on experience.
