Job Title: ServiceNow System Administrator

Location: Brussels
We are currently supporting a major European Institution ServiceNow platform initiative and are looking for a hands-on ServiceNow System Administrator with strong Hardware Asset Management experience for a Long-term engagement.
This is NOT a functional or advisory role, this is a technical ServiceNow System Administration position, where you will be directly responsible for configuring, maintaining, and supporting the platform.
Core focus of the role:
You will act as a ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA-level minimum), owning the day-to-day stability and configuration of the platform, with a strong focus on the HAM module and CMDB integrity.
Key responsibilities include:
* Full ServiceNow System Administration across ITSM + HAM modules
* Hands-on configuration (not just support) of: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies / UI Actions
* Managing and maintaining the HAM (Hardware Asset Management) module end-to-end
* Ensuring CMDB and Asset-CI data accuracy and reconciliation
* Supporting and troubleshooting platform issues, integrations, and data flows
* Working directly within the ServiceNow platform (configuration, not theory)
* Supporting platform upgrades, releases, and regression testing
* Maintaining system health, performance, and data quality
Required experience:
* ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA)
* Proven hands-on System Admin experience (not just consulting/support)
* Strong experience with ITSM + Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
* ITIL Foundation knowledge
* Experience working with CMDB / Asset lifecycle management
* Ability to troubleshoot and configure within the ServiceNow platform
* Fluent English + French (mandatory)
* EU Citizenship required (mandatory)
Nice to have:
* CIS-HAM certification
* Additional ServiceNow certifications (ITSM / HRSD / SPM etc.)
* Experience with REST / SOAP integrations
* Exposure to discovery tools feeding CMDB
