You'll work on the embedded Linux software stacks running inside Quectel's cellular IoT modules — Qualcomm-based platforms supporting LTE, 5G, and LPWA technologies — and you'll be the go-to software expert for customers across Latin America.Because the team is being built from scratch, you'll have unusual influence: the tooling, the development workflows, the customer-engagement model, the way we triage and resolve field issues — these are decisions you'll help make, not inherit. You'll collaborate closely with Quectel's global R&D centers while owning the LATAM software story end to end."You get the depth of an embedded Linux job — kernel, drivers, Yocto — and the rare chance to help build a brand-new operation from day one.
