As a Team Leader, you are the key figure of your team
* You are responsible for organizing the daily warehouse activities and ensuring that your team works efficiently, safely, and motivated
* You work in the rotating shift, meaning you will lead the early shift at one moment and the late shift at another
* You will work under the Distrilog group but more specifically for our company ECOMLOG
* You will have the opportunity to work in a brand-new warehouse in Vorst and be part of an e-commerce sector that is a booming business with many growth opportunities

Profile
Your Tasks
* Daily management of a team of about 25 warehouse employees
* Distributing tasks and monitoring their execution
* Solving operational problems and monitoring deadlines or KPIs
* Supervising safety, order, and cleanliness in the warehouse
* Hands-on involvement on the floor when necessary
* Reporting to the Assistant Site Manager and thinking about improvements
Your Profile
* Experience in a logistics environment, preferably as a team leader or in a coordinating role
* Born leader and motivator
* Strong communication skills in Dutch and French, English is a plus
* Sense of responsibility and attention to safety and quality
* Flexible and willing to work in the fixed late shift
* Physical work does not scare you
* Relevant leadership experience
* Willingness to work on Saturdays
