At Winning Consulting, we are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our RPO team for a major multinational bank in Madrid.
Hybrid model: 3-4 days per week on-site in Madrid
Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: role briefing, sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback and offer support.
* Publish job postings across different platforms and channels (job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, etc.).
* Conduct phone screens and in-depth interviews (phone, video and on-site), using structured assessment methods.
* Recruit and evaluate a wide variety of profiles: finance, technology, corporate roles, middle management and executive positions.
* Participate in recruitment processes for Artificial Intelligence and advanced digital profiles.
* Prepare candidate reports and shortlist presentations for hiring managers.
* Maintain and update the candidate database/ATS, ensuring data quality and useful segmentation.
Required Skills
* 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, managing the full recruitment cycle in an RPO, recruitment consultancy, tech company or multinational environment.
* Proven experience hiring diverse profiles: banking/finance, technology, corporate functions and senior roles.
* Experience in recruiting profiles related to Artificial Intelligence and advanced analytics will be highly valued.
* Strong track record collaborating with hiring managers and business leaders to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
* Solid experience using job boards and recruitment tools, especially LinkedIn Recruiter; experience with Workday or other ATS is a plus.
* Comfortable working with reports, KPIs and basic analytics for recruitment activity and performance.
* High level of English.
