Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Transformation
* Set up and manage the strategic implementation of a new operating model.
* Define clear scope, planning, monitoring, and follow-up activities.
* Play an active role in change management and engage employees throughout the transformation.
* Translate complex information into clear, actionable priorities.
* Act as a gatekeeper for strategic execution and ensure the right direction is followed.
Reporting & Senior Management Advisory
* Provide strategic advice to the Head of Fraud & Investigations on the implementation and follow-up of the roadmap.
* Monitor and analyze key performance indicators.
* Prepare clear and structured reporting for Senior Management.
Cross-Functional Alignment & Stakeholder Management
* Work closely with various internal teams and departments.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
* Communicate in a transparent, convincing, and tailored manner.
Profile Requirements
Education
* Master's degree required, preferably in governance, risk management, organizational development, or change management
Experience
* Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience as a PMO
* A basic understanding of fraud risk is considered an asset
* Experience in consulting is a plus
Language Skills
* Dutch or French: native proficiency
* Professional working proficiency in the other national language
* English: full professional proficiency
