Would you like to contribute to a European project linked to the European Commission and work in an international environment?

We are currently looking for a Registration & Travel Assistant to support the team working on the European Citizens’ Panel (ECP) project. In this role, you will assist with the coordination of participant registrations, travel arrangements and event logistics.

Due to varying project workloads, you may also be asked to support similar tasks on other European projects when needed.

Key Responsibilities
Registration & Participant Support

* Assist with the creation and management of event registration platforms
* Support participants during the registration process for events
* Manage participant communications and send updates or mass mailings
* Coordinate information and assist with content and translations

Travel & Accommodation Coordination

* Support the coordination of travel and accommodation arrangements for participants
* Verify participant documents (ID/passport, travel information, accessibility requests)
* Follow up on travel-related cases and special requirements

Event & Administrative Support

* Provide support during on-site registration at European Commission premises
* Assist with virtual sessions and online event platforms
* Work with the accounting team regarding participant reimbursements and per diem payments
* Ensure proper data management and GDPR compliance

Profile
* Excellent English skills (written and spoken)
* Fluency in at least one additional EU language (German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish or Turkish)
* Strong organisation and communication skills
* Customer-oriented with a service mindset
* Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* Flexible and willing to support different EU-related projects when needed
* Comfortable working with digital tools and databases

* Initial interim mission of 3 months
* Salary: €2,435 gross per month
