Open the possibilities to joining our team!ResponsibilitiesThe Partner Account Manager role is part of a rapidly growing Channel organization within Lexmark focused on selling Lexmark products into traditional IT & Office Equipment partnerships which Lexmark views as a strategic part of their business. This position demands an individual with a proven track record in selling Office Equipment through dealer programs and who has great relationship building skills with both remote communication tools and face to face activities.This individual will develop and maintain account relationships with selected named partners in a specific territory. This will include managing, planning and executing all sales activities, providing marketing support to foster the segment continued growth and profitability.Primary responsibilitiesDevelop end customer business and local market share via Partners and System IntegratorsIdentify opportunities for growthMeet Channel sales targets by driving channel salesSuccessful implementation of Lexmark Channel programs, promotions, and initiativesDevelop and maintain excellent sales relationship with dedicated Channel Partners in Belgium & LuxembourgMaintaining the excellent relationship through both communication tools provided by Lexmark and face to face activities with the pool of partners participating in Lexmark initiatives and programsEnsure a strong understanding of the Lexmark value proposition across all channel tiers and its proper and successful communicationConducts regular face to face business reviews with top partners’ sales staff and management to ensure meeting their targets and strategic objectivesIdentify partners training needs; coordinate and provide the necessary training and communication as requiredProvide sales support as needed for the Partners and Distributors and coordinate all necessary Country resources to help drive sales results to meet sales targetsProvide accurate forecasting of the product demand to ensure our distributors can keep adequate stock levelsSkills and Experience requiredGood knowledge of and established existing relationships with the Belgium & Luxembourg IT & Office Equipment channel environmentProven successful track record as a Partner Account Manager in the IT industryStrong ability and experience identifying, developing, and closing business opportunitiesHigher education degree preferredGood knowledge of MS Office tools, social media communication tools and other remote communication applicationsKnowledge of MS D365 CRM is an assetStrong ability to work independently, goal driven and able to handle rejectionComfortable in working in a matrix organization and interacting at all levelsExcellent Dutch, French and English language, verbal and written is a requirementProven successful track record as an Account Manager selling into end customers is a plusThe role will require max up to 25% travel time and will report into a local Benelux management structure.
