Position : IT Manager Infrastructure & CloudLocation : Ottignies areaStatus : Employee (CDI)Start date : ASAPRemote : Minimal, mostly on siteWe are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure & Cloud Manager to take ownership of our client's IT environment, ensuring its performance, scalability, and security.In this role, you will lead a small IT team while remaining actively involved in technical operations. You will play a key role in modernizing the infrastructure and supporting critical initiatives, including alignment with ISO 27001 standards.Your responsibilitiesIT operations & infrastructure:Oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement of internal and hosted IT systemsManage core infrastructure components including servers, networks, Storage, and security layersAdminister and optimize environments such as Microsoft 365, Virtualization platforms, and remote access solutionsHandle incidents and coordinate with external hosting providers when requiredStay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend improvementsCloud & transformation projects:Lead infrastructure evolution initiatives, including cloud adoption and migration projectsImplement solutions to streamline and automate IT servicesEnsure systems meet security and compliance standards, particularly in line with ISO 27001Partner closely with the Information Security function to deploy and maintain an ISMS frameworkTeam leadership & coordination:Manage, support, and develop a small IT teamOrganize workload, set priorities, and monitor ongoing projectsMaintain clear and structured technical documentation and proceduresAct as a key point of contact between IT, internal teams, and external partnersYour profileAround 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or system administration, including leadership or project responsibilitiesStrong background in Microsoft environments and enterprise infrastructureTechnical expertise:Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure AD, DNS, Group PolicyMicrosoft SQL Server, Citrix environments, VMware technologiesNetworking fundamentals (switching, routing, Firewalls, VPN, VLAN, WAF)IT security practices (certificates, EndPoint protection, monitoring tools)Microsoft 365 and cloud platforms, especially Azure and hybrid environmentsAdditional strengths:Exposure to ISO 27001 or strong awareness of IT security and compliance frameworksLeadership skills with the ability to guide and support a small teamAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilitiesLanguages: Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken)Sounds like the right fit for you?
