We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and further building of a Customer Portal that integrates seamlessly with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and multiple external systems via APIs and middleware. The Architect will play a key role in defining the technical strategy, solution design, integration patterns, and governance model to ensure a scalable, secure, and high‑performing digital platform. Required Knowledge and Skills
6+ years of experience in software architecture or solution design, with at least 1+ years in Dynamics 365 CRM or Power Platform architecture.
Proven experience architecting customer portals or self-service platforms with complex integration landscapes. Strong knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem technologies: Dynamics 365, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), Azure Services (Logic Apps, API Management, Azure Functions, Service Bus). Hands‑on experience designing and managing RESTful APIs, microservices, and integration middleware. Familiarity with modern web frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) and identity management (Azure AD B2C, OAuth2, OpenID Connect). Solid understanding of data modeling, system design, and enterprise integration patterns. Excellent English communication skills. Dutch is a nice‑to‑have. Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions). Background in cloud‑native or hybrid architectures. Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (or equivalent). Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Strategic thinker with strong problem‑solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
