The job
As a Senior SuccessFactors Consultant, you will play a central role in both delivery and presales activities.
You will:
* Drive end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations: from blueprint and configuration to go-live and support
* Lead client workshops and demos, helping customers define their HR processes
* Take ownership of projects with large, international clients.
* Act as a trusted advisor to HR leaders and as a bridge between business and technical teams
* Support presales activities such as solution design and presentations
What we're looking for:
* 3–5+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors
* Experience in end-to-end implementations: from initial blueprint design through implementation, customization, configuration, and post-go-live support in one or more of the following modules: Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance, and Compensation
* Experience with large-scale, international projects
* Workshop facilitation and client-facing skills
* Comfortable with presales (demos, solution design, presentations)
* Fluent in English and Dutch
