About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Freelance Dynamics CRM Consultant to support a major Dynamics CRM implementation for a financial client in Brussels. This is a long-term opportunity for an experienced professional with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Business and Functional Analysis, and a strong understanding of CRM solutions in the financial sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
* Conduct business and functional analysis, gathering and documenting requirements from stakeholders.
* Configure and customize Dynamics CRM to align with business processes and client needs.
* Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
* Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure adoption and success.
* Act as a key advisor to the client, ensuring best practices and efficiency in CRM usage.
* Potential travel to Canada for 1-2 days during the project (as needed).
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a Dynamics CRM Consultant, with a strong track record of implementations.
* Strong background in Business and Functional Analysis, particularly in CRM solutions.
* Experience in the financial sector is a significant advantage.
* Excellent understanding of CRM workflows, automation, and customization.
* Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
* Fluent in French (written and spoken) – mandatory.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
Nice to Have
* Knowledge of Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
* Experience with Azure and cloud-based CRM solutions.
* Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in the financial sector.
