We are looking for a Client Account Manager to act as the single point of contact for institutional clients in a securities services environment.Work setup: Hybrid, BrusselsResponsibilities:Acknowledge, analyse and follow up on client queries until full resolution.Keep stakeholders updated in an accurate, timely and client-focused manner.Manage claims by investigating root causes and supporting preventive actions.Oversee operational hub activities, challenge findings and provide guidance where needed.Produce and share key performance indicators with relevant stakeholders.Escalate operational issues and risks to management when required.Identify improvement areas locally and with operational teams.Analyse incidents and ensure delivery of preventive measures.Must-have requirements:Master’s degree in economics or a similar qualification.At least 2 years of experience in account reporting, financial middle/back office, control or consolidation processes/products.Strong experience in middle or back office environments.Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and Access.Fluent French and fluent English, spoken and written.Strong client focus, resilience, flexibility and attention to detail.Ability to work in line with legal, compliance and group rules.If you’re interested, apply directly or send your CV with your daily rate and availability for a call to j.sierra@asenium.com.
