Based in our brand-new Madrid Hub (located right in Gran Vía) and collaborating closely with the headquarters in Hamburg, you will lead agile projects that transform how our customers interact with the brand, ensuring our platforms are best-in-class.
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Strategy & End-to-End Ownership 🎯
* From Idea to Impact: You will lead the full product lifecycle, from customer-centric continuous Product Discovery to the execution and launch of the strategic roadmap.
* Validated Discovery: Apply Problem Framing and Hypothesis-Driven Development methodologies to analyze user insights and validate the product's desirability and viability before building.
* Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze key business and performance metrics to evaluate product health, ensuring every iteration delivers tangible, measurable value.
2. Hybrid Delivery & Project Management (PO / PM) ⚙️
* Delivery Assurance: You won’t just manage the backlog; you will own the delivery. You will ensure the team delivers value on time and within scope, identifying risks, mitigating blockers, and managing critical dependencies.
* Management Mindset: Bring your experience (ideally 1+ years) in IT project management, showing a proactive willingness to drive the team's planning and technical execution.
3. Frontend & UX Focus 💻✨
* Exceptional User Experience: Oversee the execution of projects with a heavy Frontend component. Your focus will be on ensuring the software is intuitive, accessible, and boasts an impeccable, user-centered design.
4. Team Leadership & International Collaboration 🌍
* Team Coordination: Work hand-in-hand with the Lead Developer (based in Croatia) to coordinate tasks and priorities for an expanding team of 2-3 developers in Spain.
* Stakeholder Management: Manage expectations from business units in Germany, acting as the strategic bridge that ensures global alignment with the group's objectives.
5. Agile & Product Management Foundations 🔄
* Master day-to-day Agile methodologies: defining User Stories, setting clear acceptance criteria, prioritizing the backlog based on value, and facilitating Scrum ceremonies to keep the team moving forward.
What You Need to Shine ✨
* Senior Experience: A solid track record of 5+ years of experience in product-oriented roles for software platforms (ideally within industrial or tech environments).
* Strategic Vision: The ability to understand business objectives, translate them into scalable digital features, and schedule trade-offs with development teams.
* Tech Mastery: Detailed knowledge and practical experience with agile methodologies. Fluency in technical concepts to communicate seamlessly with engineers.
* Global Communication: Fluent English is mandatory for daily collaboration with Germany and global subsidiaries. German is a plus.
