We are growing and will fill the new position as Director (m/f/d) Autostore Business Development EMEA.
You can be located and home-office based in EMEA.
Your tasks
* Lead, develop, and manage the EMEA Business Development team
* Driving business development strategies to identify and capture new opportunities as well as set and monitor ambitious sales targets and KPIs for the region
* Responsible for regional sales growth and market expansion by strategic stearing of sales funnel development and conversion rates including EBIT contribution and revenue generation
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships at all levels
* Collaborate with marketing and solution design to deliver compelling value propositions
* Ensure accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM usage
Your profile
* Relevant experience in business development or sales within intralogistics automation or related industries
* Proven experience in leading and developing distributed teams with different cultural backgrounds
* Track record of achieving sales targets and developing new markets
* Experience in a multicultural, matrixed business environment
* Strong understanding of logistics, sales processes, and CRM as well as WMS systems
* Experience with project and team management across regions
