As a Secondary Packaging Data & Document Expert Vulcain Engineering Belgium, you will work on projects in the biotech or pharmaceutical industries, from process design to commissioning, and be involved in all phases of a project according to your interests.
ABOUT THE POSITION:
Managing and coordinating the data for the Secondary Packaging Industrialization team.
* The SPID&D Expert will provide support to the Industrialization team to facilitate the GMP Document workflow (Packaging Technical Files and Master Bill of Material) in the electronic Documentation System.
* The SPID&D Expert provides support for the consolidation of non-GMP technical data on packaging. The SPID&D is in contact with stakeholders and participates to the definition of the process to gather and maintain data.
* For all accountabilities, the SPID&D Expert ensures that a process is put in place and follows the data governance in place. The SPID&D Expert helps to define and update KPI’s on the industrialization activity, analyses the results to find root causes & participates to the improvement of the results. The SPID&D Expert works in close collaboration with the Industrialization and Development team but also with the Governance and Reporting Expert.
ABOUT YOU:
* Master’s or bachelor’s degree in bioengineering, biotechnology, biological engineering or related field
* 2 to 4 years of experience in industrial projects
* Fluency in French and English is mandatory
* Knowledge of pharmaceutical or biotech regulations and standards (mostly GMP)
* Analytical mindset, growing autonomy, and team spirit
* Willingness to travel to project sites
