We're seeking an experienced End Point Administrator to join our team on behalf of a European institution.
Roles and Duties:Maintain and support the organization endpoints (workstations, laptops, mobiles, tablets)during their full lifecycle.Create and maintain enterprise operating system reference image.Maintain and manage security and software updates of endpointsInvestigate, diagnose and solve endpoints related problems.Contribute to define endpoint policies, propose improvements.
Mandatory QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field5+ years of experience in a similar positionProven experience in endpoint administration or desktop infrastructure managementStrong knowledge of Windows client operating systems administration, configuration, and troubleshootingStrong knowledge of endpoint hardware and peripheral installation and troubleshootingExperience with application packaging and operating system imagingStrong knowledge of scripting and automation techniquesStrong knowledge of PowerShellStrong knowledge of Python, Perl, Ansible, or TerraformStrong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose and resolve endpoint-related issuesExcellent command of English
Candidates must hold at least one of the following certifications, along with ITIL certification :Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or equivalentMicrosoft Administering and Deploying System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) or equivalentVMware Digital Workspace 2022 (VCP-DW 2022) or equivalentCisco Certified Technician – CollaborationMcAfee Certified Product Specialist – ePO Certification
