* Draft and review legal documents: board minutes, notarial deeds, capital changes, etc.
* Advise on corporate governance and ensure compliance with local regulations.
* Organise and support board meetings, liaising with notaries and external counsel.
* Collaborate with the Head of Legal and support the wider legal team.
* Monitor legal and regulatory updates, ensuring proper communication internally.
* Handle day-to-day legal administration with a hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset.
Senior Legal Counsel - Your Profile:
* Law degree with CCDL
* 6+ years' experience in Luxembourg in corporate law, ideally in a PSF or investment fund
* Strong skills in drafting, structuring, board processes, and company law procedures (capital increases, notarial deeds, etc.).
* Proactive, hands-on, and open-minded: you're not afraid of administrative tasks or rolling up your sleeves.
* Fluent in French and English, written and spoken.
* Someone who values teamwork, discretion, and long-term collaboration over titles and perks.
