Make your mark for patientsWe are looking for a Process Lead Fill & Finish who is visionary, results-driven, and technically skilled to join our Large Capital Projects Delivery team, based at our UCB campus in Braine-l'Alleud, Wallonia, Belgium.About the RoleYou will lead the development of a new state-of-the-art sterile injectables manufacturing facility as part of a strategic €200M+ investment program. You're going to oversee the design, integration, and qualification of all process equipment, ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance.Who You'll Work WithYou'll collaborate with internal experts, external partners, suppliers, and cross-functional teams (quality, automation, engineering) to ensure project success. You will act as the primary point of contact for all Fill & Finish process decisions.What You'll DoDefine and design aseptic filling and visual inspection equipmentBe responsible for digital integration and GxP compliance of process systemsManage process design, qualification, and validation phasesLead technical reviews (HAZOP, FMEA, QRA) and support regulatory auditsMentor and coach project team membersEnsure operational readiness and smooth transition to manufacturingInterested?
