Senior Organizational Development Manager
The Senior Organizational Development Manager plays a pivotal role in driving organizational excellence through strategic planning, leadership development, and change management.
This role requires collaboration with senior stakeholders and the HR Relations team to define and roll out organizational strategies that align with business objectives and workforce strategies.
* Strategic Planning and Development:
The key responsibilities of this role include developing and implementing strategic plans, overseeing the workforce planning process, and continually assessing the effectiveness of organizational development initiatives.
The successful candidate will also lead organizational design initiatives, provide guidance on organizational development best practices, and develop coaching and mentoring programs for senior leaders.
* Performance Management:
Supporting the business in managing performance and fostering a performance-driven culture, ensuring consistent performance management practices across regions while being adaptable to local needs and cultural considerations.
* Career Development and Succession Planning:
Leading the implementation of succession planning initiatives to identify and develop future leaders within the organization, as well as creating strategies to address talent gaps.
* Change Management:
Managing large-scale projects, leading organizational design initiatives, and guiding business leaders through transformational change efforts.
