We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who knows how to stop the scroll. You’ll create high-performing visuals for paid social (Google) — sharp hooks, clear messages, and emotional storytelling.
What you’ll do:
* Design ad creatives in 1x1, 4x5, 9x16, and 16x9 formats
* Produce up to 75 creatives per week (new ideas + variations)
* Use AI tools (Midjourney and others) to speed up workflows
* Localize ads for different markets
What we’re looking for:
* Strong Figma and Photoshop skills (After Effects is a bonus)
* Experience as a graphic designer of 1.5+ years
* Deep understanding of ad structure: hook → emotion → CTA
* Visual storytelling, composition, and typography sense
* Awareness of visual trends on Google Ads
* English at least at the B2 level
