About Our Client
Our client is a young and ambitious startup focused on sustainability and innovative environmental solutions. Job Description

* Oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth working environment
* Coordinate office facilities, suppliers, and service providers
* Manage office budgets, contracts, and operational expenses
* Support onboarding of new team members and act as a key point of contact
* Organise meetings, internal events, and team activities
* Ensure compliance with internal procedures and local regulations
* Continuously improve office processes and ways of working

The Successful Applicant

* Minimum 3 years of experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
* Fluent in English, with at least B2 level in French and Dutch
* Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-changing environment
* Strong communication and coordination skills
* Hands-on mindset with a solution-oriented approach
* Confident user of MS Office and digital collaboration tools
