We are looking for a Head of Research - Brand and Market to join our Customer Insights & Strategy team at Superbet. In this strategic leadership role, you will define and drive our market and brand research agenda, leading high-impact marketing research initiatives. You will translate complex business challenges into actionable insights, empowering data-driven decision-making across the organization. As a key partner to marketing, product, commercial, and executive teams, you will develop research strategies that align customer needs with business objectives. Your insights will shape brand positioning, marketing strategies, customer engagement, and our innovation pipeline, ensuring we stay ahead in a competitive landscape. We're looking for someone with:


* 10+ years of experience in market and brand research, with a strong ability to establish and lead research functions.
* Proven track record of delivering actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.
* Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, including segmentation, brand tracking, and market analysis.
* Proficiency with analytics and research tools such as Qualtrics, Nielsen, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
* Ability to translate complex business challenges into research initiatives that inform marketing strategies.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
* Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present insights effectively to diverse audiences.
* Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing decision-making at senior levels.
* Preferred experience in the online gambling, gaming, or entertainment industry.

What You'll Be Doing

Leadership & Strategy

* Define and drive the research agenda, ensuring data and insights are proactively leveraged to inform decision-making.
* Lead and mentor a team of market and brand research professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
* Develop and implement research strategies aligned with organizational goals, overseeing end-to-end execution.
* Analyze market size and potential, identify target audiences, and assess consumer preferences, perceptions, and behaviors.
* Evaluate brand attributes and competitive positioning in terms of visibility, awareness, and reputation.
* Monitor competitor strategies, identify market trends, and uncover growth opportunities.
* Advocate for data-driven marketing decisions by delivering actionable insights that shape business strategy.

Data Collection, Analysis & Implementation

* Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research studies to support brand and business growth.
* Utilize diverse data collection methods, including surveys, focus groups, interviews, and emerging research tools.
* Synthesize research findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
* Partner with marketing, product development, and cross-functional teams to integrate insights into business strategies.

Brand Monitoring

* Track and analyze key brand performance and health metrics.
* Monitor brand perception and consumer sentiment to identify opportunities for improvement.
* Provide strategic insights to refine brand positioning and enhance customer engagement.
* Proactively identify ways research and insights can strengthen brand strategy and business outcomes.

Market Monitoring

* Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive dynamics.
* Support audience mapping and trend analysis to optimize targeting strategies for current and future customers.

Budget & Resource Management

* Oversee the market and brand research budget, ensuring effective resource allocation.
* Manage project timelines and priorities to support business objectives efficiently.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

* Keep up to date with industry advancements, best practices, and new methodologies in market research and analytics.
* Drive innovation by incorporating cutting-edge research tools and techniques to enhance efficiency and impact.
* Mentor team members and contribute to the growth of the Customer Insights team’s capabilities.
