For an enterprise consulting customer, I am searching for a freelance Business Analyst to work on several projects for their internal stakeholders, including an S/4HANA implementation, SaaS solutions and finance projects (contract-to-cash) etc. The mission will come business analysis and functional analysis tasks.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with internal stakeholders across business functions to understand needs, define problems, and translate them into clear business requirements.Lead stakeholder meetings and workshops to gather input, challenge assumptions, and drive consensus on priorities and direction.Deliver high-quality presentations and reports to senior stakeholders, synthesizing available data—even when information is incomplete or evolving.Manage multiple concurrent initiatives, balancing structure and flexibility to meet diverse stakeholder expectations.Act as a bridge between business teams and technical resources, ensuring alignment on scope, feasibility, and timelines.Support change management and communication efforts by crafting stakeholder-friendly documentation, including process flows, impact assessments, and strategic overviews.Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and areas of ambiguity, and propose structured solutions.Work independently while ensuring regular communication with project sponsors and functional leads.ProfileSolid experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical, stakeholder-facing role.Broad profile: experience as a Functional Analyst, Product Owner, Project Manager etc. is interesting advantageous.
