Director Sales – SMB & Mid-Market Responsibilities Define and execute the commercial strategy for the SMB & Mid-Market segment in Belgium, driving profitable growth in terms of revenue, margin, market share and deal quality
Lead and develop direct sales teams as well as a network of agents and partners, ensuring strong execution, accountability and performance
Drive upselling and cross-selling across the existing customer base, expanding relationships from a print-driven model to multi-solution partnerships including digital and IT services
Embed a culture of value-based selling, commercial discipline and operational excellence across the organisation
Act as a key member of the commercial leadership team, fostering collaboration across business lines and supporting Ricoh’s transformation agenda
Qualifications Master’s degree or equivalent experience
10–15+ years of experience in commercial leadership roles, ideally within SMB and/or Mid-Market environments
Strong experience with both direct and indirect sales models, including partner and agent networks
Proven track record in driving revenue growth, margin improvement and customer expansion
Strong leadership, stakeholder management and collaboration capabilities
Solid understanding of the Belgian market, including regional dynamics and customer behaviours
Office Services – Responsibilities Office Services brings together an integrated portfolio of IT Services, Automated Services, Customer Services, Workplace Experience, Business Process Services (outsourcing and optimisation of document processes), and Pre Sales.
Define and execute the commercial strategy for Office Services, driving sustainable and profitable growth in integrated solutions
Lead the full lifecycle of Office Services, from defining the offering to commercial execution, including Pre Sales and solution structuring
Ensure operational excellence and seamless integration across IT Services, Automated Services, Workplace Experience, Customer Services and Business Process Services
Drive upselling and cross-selling by developing integrated solutions and long-term customer partnerships
Lead multidisciplinary teams across sales, Pre Sales and delivery, fostering collaboration and performance at scale
Act as a central integrator across business lines, aligning go-to-market approaches and maximising customer value
Office Services – Qualifications Master’s degree or equivalent experience
10–15+ years of experience in commercial leadership roles within complex environments (IT services, outsourcing, workplace or integrated solutions)
Strong experience managing complex sales cycles and structuring high-value, integrated deals
Proven experience working across sales, Pre Sales and delivery environments
Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive collaboration across technical, commercial and operational stakeholders
Strong business acumen with expertise in pipeline management, deal quality and profitability
