As a team we are focused on solutions for Sales, Customer Service and Contact Center, Field Service, and Project Operations. The team is cross-skilled, including functional and technical profiles, focused on delivery and/or presales.

A client centric attitude and excellent interpersonal skills are required to lead discussions with senior executives through to the successful definition and delivery of the overall solution, including system integrations and recommended ISV's or best of breed solutions.
Support clients in defining integrated CRM solutions.
Participate in pre-sales activities such as analysis of the business needs, proposal writing, and pitch presentations.
Act as a technical and/or functional expert, providing guidance and support throughout the solution design and proposal process.
Own the solution implementation and serve as the interface between client and development teams (onshore/nearshore/offshore).
Lead project teams in designing future-proof CRM solutions.
Ensure structured requirement gathering aligned with our CRM project methodology.
In support of the Delivery Lead, oversee estimations, planning, resource mobilization, execution, and closure.
Guide clients and internal teams through change processes to ensure smooth adoption and long-term success.
Strong understanding of business process analysis and design for sales, service and project domains.
Leading and motivating cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, understanding their business and strategic needs, and providing tailored solutions of quality.
Excellent communication skills in English and preferably in Dutch or French.
Ability to craft and convey compelling stories
Strong communicator, persuasive through a service-oriented mindset.
