Responsibilities as Senior Construction ManagerSupport the Project Director in driving overall project delivery strategy.Act as a visible safety leader onsite, supporting EHS management and auditing.Oversee contractor activities, monitoring progress, productivity, and quality.Manage logistics and handover planning as part of the core client delivery team.Lead key project meetings, identifying and resolving issues to maintain programme integrity.Collaborate with QA, Commissioning, and EHS teams to ensure technical excellence.Track project variations and support cost control with accurate reporting.Contribute to project closeout documentation and ensure all client requirements are met.Ensure appropriate resourcing to meet current and future project demands.
