Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Contract Manager to oversee and manage complex contractual agreements within a multi-stakeholder environment. This role involves ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, handling amendments, and supporting dispute resolution while acting as a key interface between the client and service providers.
Key ResponsibilitiesTake full ownership of contract management activities, including the administration and governance of agreements.Ensure all contractual obligations are properly tracked, managed, and fulfilled by relevant partiesLead and manage contract amendments, ensuring changes are accurately documented and aligned with business needsMonitor and report on compliance with contractual terms, highlighting risks and areas of concernHandle and follow up on contractual disputes, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentationSupport the client in disputes involving third-party suppliers where service provider input is requiredCollaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on contractual mattersProvide clear reporting and updates to senior stakeholders on contract performance and risks
Required Skills & Experience~7-15 years of experience in contract management and/or legal roles~ Strong knowledge of contract law and legal principles related to commercial agreements~ Proven experience managing contracts in complex, multi-stakeholder environments~ Solid understanding of contract structures, including Statements of Work (SoW), Master Service Agreements (MSA), Service Level Agreements (SLA), and Change Requests~ Hands-on experience drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts throughout their lifecycle~ Experience working closely with customer-side contract management teams~ Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills~ Knowledge of data protection regulations and frameworks (e.g., GDPR, DTIA, DPIA)~ Basic understanding of information security standards such as ISO 27001 and SOC controls~ Experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments
