Sales Director

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement an ambitious commercial strategy aligned with Keolis's overall business objectives.
* Lead the commercial department and be hands-on involved in generating new business, focusing on strategic development, sales, and team management.
* Closely monitor market developments, identify trends, and anticipate future needs, contributing to the development of innovative services and solutions that meet customer demand.
* Prepare commercial budgets, monitor performance, and report on it to management, analyzing data to gain insights and provide steering information.
* Work closely with other departments within Keolis to ensure an integrated approach and create synergies.
Requirements:
* A proven track record (at least 15 years) in a senior commercial role, preferably within a B2G (Business-to-Government) environment.
* A strong and relevant network within the Belgian mobility sector that you can leverage.
* Proactive, innovative, and have a clear vision for the future of mobility.
* A strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality and a results-oriented approach.
* Demonstrable experience in leading, motivating, and coaching sales teams.
* Fluent in both Dutch and French.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
