About the position we are looking for...
At Pikolinos Group we are selecting ambassadors for our Pikolinos shop in Brussels to join us for 15 hours a week to cover to work on saturday and sunday.
What is the mission of the sales team?
The person selected will act as Pikolinos ambassador, being responsible for welcoming, assisting, advising and selling to customers.
Would you like to be one of our ambassadors? This would be your day to day in our team....
Perform a proactive customer service being able to identify their needs and advise on the product that best suits them.
Carry out loyalty actions in accordance with the company's policy.
To collect payment for the product, verifying the authenticity of the different means of payment.
Receive, implement and control product stocks in the shop by participating in the inventory.
Participate in the achievement of all the KPI's defined for the shop.
What kind of people are we looking for?
People with attitude and enthusiasm to leave their mark.
People who like the Retail world and enjoy keeping up to date with the latest fashion trends.
Availability both saturdays and sundays.
People who can have a fluent conversation in both english and french. Dutch and other languages is a plus.
