* Monitor and support the effective application of the entrepreneurial leadership charter across Group legal entities
* Review governance practices to ensure respect of legal entity independence and corporate boundaries
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal governance guidelines and interaction models between legal entities, holdings, and Business Line Management
* Prepare structured recommendations and follow-up actions when governance gaps are identified
* Develop practical tools, documentation, and online training materials for entity leaders
* Conduct regular operational governance reviews and document findings
Profiel
* 5-10 years of experience in governance, compliance, risk, or corporate environments with strong operational exposure
* Experience working within complex, multi-entity or international organizations
* Demonstrated ability to manage processes and stakeholders without hierarchical authority
* Strong analytical and documentation skills
* Structured, hands-on, and detail-oriented
* Comfortable working autonomously within a defined framework
* Fluent English; additional languages are an asset
