Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Management:
Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
360° operational business
under supervision of the CEO (logistics, stock, purchasing, quality, marketing)
Marketing:
develop a marketing strategy, manage social media and create attractive and innovative offers
Market Awareness:
Stay informed about market trends, competition, and customer preferences to effectively tailor and pitch our sales strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Field Sales Acumen:
Proven track record of exceptional sales skills, with the ability to close deals and meet targets.
Exceptional Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
Interpersonal Skills:
Strong ability to interact and build relationships with high-level stakeholders and clients.
Autonomous, proactive and able to make strong proposals
Multitasking:
Efficiently handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Multilingualism:
Fluency in French, English and Dutch are a significant advantage.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development.
