We are supporting a leading pharmaceutical organisation undergoing a large-scale SAP transformation.
This is a strategic Program Management role overseeing complex SAP initiatives across multiple workstreams in a regulated environment.
The Role
You will take ownership of a multi-stream SAP programme spanning business, IT and external partners.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end SAP programme delivery across multiple functional domains
* Oversee S/4HANA transformation and/or major SAP landscape evolution
* Manage system integrators and third-party vendors
* Ensure alignment between business, IT and executive stakeholders
* Drive governance, RAID management, budget control and milestone tracking
* Ensure programme compliance within a GxP / regulated pharma framework
* Report to C-level stakeholders and steering committees
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience delivering large-scale SAP programmes (multi-million € budgets)
* Strong S/4HANA transformation exposure
* Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
* Deep understanding of regulated environments (GxP, validation, CSV)
* Strong vendor and SI management experience
* Executive-level stakeholder engagement capability
* Fluent English; French or Dutch beneficial
