As part of our Agile transformation client projects, we are looking for experts in corporate cultural change.
Are you passionate about the cultural and organizational transformation of companies?
You wish to work on missions aiming to:
* Manage change projects: design, facilitation, stakeholder management and various activities, internal information flow, coordination
* Develop an Agile culture inspired by Agile development principles or related ones, throughout the organization
* Develop a cross-functional project culture and cross-cutting activities to better meet needs by breaking down silos and managing resistance
* Develop a culture of collective intelligence and more participatory practices within the organization.
* Support internal communication of change
* Facilitate work groups, meetings, or co-creation workshops
Your profile
* You have experience in managing cultural and organizational change within a company
* You are familiar with the traditional change management methodologies (ADKAR, Kotter, Lewin, ...)
* You are familiar with the culture and "Agile" methodologies
* You master the methods of Collective Intelligence, of participatory dynamics
* You have skills in the field of support: coaching, facilitation, and the ability to provide training;
* You show curiosity and adaptability when faced with new environments
* You have a keen sense of communication and humor: you have the ability to work in a project team with efficiency, cohesion, fun, and lightness, and have a sense of listening and diplomacy
* As a consultant, you adopt this stance and the ability to respect the client's constraints and pace while adhering to the defined objectives.
* You are proficient in French/Dutch and English.
