We’re hiring: AI Product Owner – Recruitment & HR Automation Consultant (Belgium, hybrid)
Cross International is a leading executive search & leadership advisory boutique in Belgium and the wider BeNeLux region. We support organizations in identifying, attracting and developing high‑impact leadership talent — from Board and C‑level to senior management and key individual contributors.
At the same time, we are deliberately evolving into a human + AI organization. We actively experiment, build and implement AI‑enabled recruitment and HR processes — internally and with our clients.
To accelerate this journey, we are looking for an AI Product Owner – Recruitment & HR Automation Consultant.
Your role (±25% internal / ±75% client-facing)
You combine product ownership, AI implementation and consulting:
* Design and implement AI‑enabled workflows for sourcing, search, screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication and reporting
* Act as product owner: from opportunity identification to hands‑on implementation and adoption
* Work with AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT and similar LLM-based solutions
* Design and orchestrate agentic AI setups and automation flows (Power Automate, Zapier, Make, etc.)
* Deliver our “AI Survival Program for Leaders”
* Lead follow‑up advisory and implementation projects to automate recruitment and broader HR flows (later potentially sales, marketing and back‑office processes)
Your profile
* Master’s degree in Commercial Engineering or equivalent
* 3+ years of relevant experience (recruitment/TA, HR transformation, consulting, automation, HR tech, product ownership)
* Hands‑on experience with AI platforms, agentic AI and automation
* Pragmatic, implementation‑oriented mindset
* Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a strong plus
