Controls SBU – Product management Support A short summary of the project: Supporting the Product management team in some of the core tasks. Depending on the start-up time and business need it could vary between the following more concrete subtasks: Consolidating customer needs: Conduct user interviews (HVAC installers, technicians, facility managers, end users, utility companies, service companies). Analyse customer feedback from service teams or our customer experience teams. Collate the input, summarizing the feedback and make a clear recommendation on improvements and roadmap. Feature Prioritization & Business Case: evaluating various feature by means of a KANO model and propose business case (merit). Product sales training material creation: creating a clear product training based on product offering and target market (segments), use cases (residential, commercial, industrial), technical set-up and installation guidance, USP’s and competitor benchmarking An Engineering background here is preferred, affinity and interest in controls and technology in general is a must.
