* Support customer manufacturing engineering teams on tooling, cutting tools, abrasives, and machining processes.
* Troubleshoot technical issues, provide recommendations, and ensure reliable technical service on the production floor.
* Analyse production needs, propose alternatives, and support optimisation projects.
* Collaborate with supply and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow and on‑time delivery.
* Ensure availability of critical tooling and support inventory optimisation.
* Act as the primary technical contact for the on‑site customer.
* Build strong relationships with production engineers, management, and tooling suppliers.
* Support cost‑saving initiatives and contribute to productivity improvements.
* Monitor technical KPIs: delivery performance, tooling reliability, cost optimisation, etc.
* Collaborate with the local Belgian team (supply chain, logistics, junior engineer).
* Provide guidance and support to junior and operational staff as needed.
* Master's degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering or related field.
* minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (aerospace, automotive, medical devices, CNC machining, marine, or energy or other relevant field).
* Experience in production engineering or manufacturing engineering is preferred.
* Experience in supply chain environments is an advantage.
* Hands‑on mentality and strong problem‑solving capability.
