Job description

Amaris Consulting is looking for a motivated Support/Helpdesk Specialist to join our team in Brussels. In this role, you will provide 1st and 2nd line technical assistance to users, ensuring smooth operations and delivering high-quality support in a dynamic and international environment.

🔥 Your Responsibilities:

* Provide 1st and 2nd line user support for Windows systems, laptops, and phones
* Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, escalating when necessary
* Assist users with account access, installations, and configuration requests
* Document incidents, solutions, and updates with clear and accurate communication
* Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and service quality

🎯 Your Profile:

* Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent practical experience
* 4 to 8 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk (1st & 2nd line)
* Strong knowledge of Windows environments, laptop configuration, and user support
* Fluent in English and Dutch; French is an advantage
* Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills with strong stress management abilities
