About the job As a Digital Workplace Lead Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing, implementing, and continuously improving our digital workplace solutions. You will lead the transition to a managed service model, manage external suppliers, and act as a vital link between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring a seamless and high‑quality user experience across all our digital workplace services.
Your impact
Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of digital workplace solutions (audiovisual, collaboration, connectivity).
Drive the transition from in‑house services to a managed service model.
Manage external suppliers and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Translate business needs into technical solutions, aligning with IT strategy.
Establish and maintain structured ways of working, including documentation and process governance.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for a consistent user experience.
We're looking for you, if:
You have a proven track record in digital workplace engineering, with deep expertise in audiovisual systems, collaboration tools, and networking fundamentals.
You have hands‑on experience with Windows 10/11, macOS, Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint), and endpoint management tools like Workspace ONE and Intune.
You're skilled in mobile application management, Group Policy Object management, and application packaging using scripting tools like PowerShell.
You have experience managing suppliers in a managed service environment, including contract negotiation and performance management.
You are a structured, proactive, and excellent communicator, able to engage with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
You have a relevant degree in IT, engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
You are fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus.
