What You'll do
1. Two-year Global Management Development Traineeship with exposure to international projects and senior management
2. Fast-paced and challenging program with close coaching and mentoring
3. Program stages:
4. 12 months as an Account Manager in your home country (Belgium)
5. months on an Operational Project in your home country (Brussels)
6. 6 months on a Strategic Project at the regional headquarters (Paris)
7. months on an International Strategic Project in another region
What You’ll Bring
8. You hold valid working rights for Belgium
9. You have a Master’s degree (. Economics, Business Administration, International Management, Engineering, Marketing or Finance); an MBA is a strong plus
10. You have at least two experiences in an international professional environment (internship, apprenticeship or work experience) — or you are at the start of your career and eager to grow quickly
11. You are multilingual: fluent in English and French or Dutch
12. You are eager to learn and show maturity, curiosity, assertiveness and strong dedication
13. You are a flexible team player with strong communication skills, social awareness and the enthusiasm to inspire others
14. You are internationally mobile and open to diverse cultural experiences and opportunities to work abroad
