Technical Support Engineer – Water Treatment Equipment Location: On-site – Zele, Belgium
We are looking for a motivated Junior Technical Support Engineer – Water Treatment Equipment professional with a technical or mechanical background who is eager to learn and grow within an international company.
Technical Support
Provide product and technical consultations and conduct training for customers and partners (online and on-site).
Work closely with quality, logistics, and service teams to resolve claims efficiently and fairly.
Analyse recurring issues to identify systemic gaps and contribute to process and product improvements.
Strong interest in technology and hands-on work.
Experience or practical skills in electrical, sanitary or plumbing installations are highly appreciated.
Dutch – required, English – professional level, French – nice to have
You will gradually take responsibility for these tasks after onboarding and product training..
