As our customer base grows, we are looking for a Principal Consultant to lead enterprise onboarding, adoption, and strategic engagements. This is a senior, hands-on role at the intersection of consulting, solution design, and delivery.
As Principal Consultant, you will own the relationship with enterprise clients during their most critical phase: from first setup through full adoption and long-term success.
You understand business goals, translate them into platform configurations, guide client teams through change, and ensure Wello becomes a reliable part of their daily operations.
Act as a strategic advisor to enterprise customers, including senior and executive stakeholders
• Design solution architectures aligned with client workflows, integrations, and business goals
• Configure, test, and validate Wello modules in enterprise environments
• Lead workshops, executive presentations, and training sessions
• Oversee delivery quality, timelines, and adoption metrics such as time-to-value and usage
• Share structured customer feedback to influence product and service improvements
• Contribute to consulting methodologies, templates, and best practices within Wello
2+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, or enterprise SaaS implementation
• Fluency in English and Dutch. French or German is a plus
• Experience with Field Service Management or Asset Management platforms
• Familiarity with ITIL or structured service delivery frameworks
• Exposure to industries such as energy, utilities, inspection, infrastructure, or technical services
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, AWS, Azure, or similar
• A senior, visible role with real influence on customers and product direction
• Direct collaboration with leadership, product, and engineering teams
