Digital Lab Systems Engineering services - Design and Development
Scope of work:
* Responsible for computerized lab systems lifecycle management projects and support.
* Manage the full lifecycle of computerized systems used in QC, MSAT labs, and in both plants.
* Develop, implement, and maintain detailed architecture and design specifications, and installation instructions for all computerized systems – focus will be on new systems implementation.
* Evaluate systems performance. Suggest and implement improvements.
* Research improvements, eliminate bottlenecks, and apply best practices - in collaboration with systems supplier (vendor), business experts (QC, MSAT, MFG), and QA (validation) experts - to provide secure, robust, compliant (data integrity) and reliable qualified lab systems to the business.
* Contribute to, and support validation and maintenance activities for GxP lab applications.
* Act as L3 experts and support on‑site support (NEO helpdesk) where needed.
* Responsible to ensure backup and restore and (technical) disaster recovery plans are available and maintained for each system, and periodic recovery tests are performed.
Experience & skills requested:
* Technical: Microsoft operating systems (W7, W10, W11, Server 2012, 2016, 2022, 2025) (MCSE certified is a plus).
* Networking essentials, TCP/IP, Antivirus, remote administration, Active Directory, and IT infrastructure in general.
* Scripting knowledge (DOS command line, VBScript, PowerShell).
* Proven ability to write detailed, complete, and accurate specifications and instructions.
* Knowledge of validation- and qualification methodology is a must.
* Knowledge of GMP, GAMP5, CFR21 Part 11 is a must.
* Prior experience in a similar role is highly preferred.
* Able to work both independently and collaborate within a team.
* Willing and able to take ownership and initiate to ensure lab systems lifecycle and processes proceed smoothly without much oversight.
