We are currently looking for a Marketing & Communications to support one of our clients in a major transformation program.Mission ContextCorporate Banking is undergoing a significant transformation impacting both clients and internal teams. Changes in service models, client segmentation, relationship management, and pricing structures require a strong, consistent, and value-driven communication approach.In this context, you will play a key role in defining and delivering a coherent Marketing & Communications strategy, driving adoption, strengthening market positioning, and enabling value-based selling in a complex environment.Function DescriptionStrategy & Positioning
* Develop and implement a clear and differentiated Corporate Banking positioning and value proposition
* Translate business strategy and transformation priorities into impactful communication and storytelling
* Ensure consistency across internal and external customer journeys
* Maintain alignment between strategic objectives and communication initiatives
Marketing & Communication Management
* Define, coordinate, and execute an integrated Marketing & Communications plan
* Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Value Proposition teams, Sales, Business Intelligence, Change Management, and MarCom teams
* Ensure consistent execution across multiple communication channels
* Support commercial success and transformation adoption through effective communication
Stakeholder & Market Insight
* Identify customer and stakeholder needs and map communication opportunities
* Monitor the Corporate Banking competitive landscape to ensure differentiation and relevance
* Align stakeholders and ensure clear, structured communication across all levels
* Act as a key interface between business, communication teams, and senior stakeholders
Transformation & Delivery
* Support change and transformation programs through structured communication plans
* Translate complex business topics into clear, engaging, and actionable communication
* Ensure timely delivery of communication initiatives aligned with project milestones
* Drive adoption of new service models and ways of working
Language Requirements
* Dutch: Strong written and spoken communication skills
* French: Strong written and spoken communication skills
* English: Strong written and spoken communication skills
Education & Experience
* Master's degree in Communication, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
* Minimum 10 years of experience in Marketing & Communications
* Proven experience in transformation or change environments
* Experience in financial services or Corporate Banking is a strong asset
Technical & Business Skills
* Advanced writing, editing, and xjsrcvq storytelling skills
* Strong expertise in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
* Solid knowledge of communication tools and multi-channel strategies
* Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to translate business priorities into structured communication plans
