We are looking for an experienced Oracle JDE Financial Application Specialist to join our Corporate Applications team. This role functions as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Financial applications—including JDE EnterpriseOne (JDE) and Trintech —supporting core financial processes, driving system improvements, ensuring compliance, and contributing to strategic and operational initiatives.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail‑oriented, collaborative, and capable of managing both technical and functional activities in a dynamic environment.
✅ Responsibilities
As a Financial Applications Specialist, your responsibilities include:
* Serve as an SME for Financial & Accounting applications, including functionality, processes, procedures, and system best practices.
* Assist with the design and implementation of operational and system enhancements to optimize production capabilities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and technology teams, including offshore resources.
* Act as liaison between technical and functional teams, ensuring smooth execution of project plans.
* Define project scope, strategies, priorities, and recommend alternative solutions when required.
* Gather detailed requirements, analyze business needs, and validate solutions with internal partners.
* Coordinate project activities, prepare agendas, document meeting outcomes, and collaborate across teams.
* Establish, administer, and maintain project and knowledge‑management processes and tools.
* Ensure JDE, Trintech, and other financial applications comply with IT policies; develop and execute plans to ensure compliance.
* Evaluate SOC reports to confirm vendor and application compliance and identify risks.
✅ Required Skills & Experience
* Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Financial ERP applications, preferably JDE.
* Hands‑on JDE design and development experience.
* Experience working with third‑party vendors to implement SaaS solutions.
* Strong knowledge of SDLC and project management methodologies.
* Financial and accounting acumen with understanding of:
* General Ledger
* Accounts Payable
* Fixed Assets
* Revenue Recognition
* Budgeting
* Bank Interfaces
* Proficiency with MS Office products (Excel, Project, Word, PowerPoint).
* Excellent oral, written, and organizational communication skills.

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
* At least 5 years of technology project support experience .
* Experience with one or more applications:

* Trintech Cadency
* Workiva
* Cognos Analytics

* Varicent
* Understanding of SSO (Single Sign-On) and Identity Management.
* Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio).
* Intermediate SQL skills.
* Experience working in large, global enterprises.
* Experience collaborating with offshore or remote development/support teams.
