Your new role As a Customer Support Advisor in a dynamic and international environment, you will use your language skills to support customers facing breakdowns across Europe. You take full ownership of each case, no matter where the customer is located. You act as the central point of communication between the customer and the dealer performing the repair. With your proactive and creative mindset, you ensure peace of mind for the customer. What you will do: Customer service: Take full ownership of breakdown cases from start to finish. Communication: Maintain regular contact with the dealer performing the repair and keep the customer informed of progress. Problem-solving: Resolve issues with a proactive and creative mindset, thinking outside the box when things don’t go smoothly.
