Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals with a consultative and solution-oriented approach.
* Identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with key decision-makers, and understand their strategic priorities.
* Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, focusing on mid-size and enterprise clients across various industries.
* Help position our capabilities in technology consulting, managed services, digital transformation, and innovation initiatives.
* Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their strategic priorities and positioning act digital as a trusted partner.
* Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction, identify expansion opportunities, and foster long-term partnerships.
* Track sales metrics, report on performance, and contribute to sales strategy refinement.
* Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
Main Requirements:
* Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in technology consulting, digital services, or managed services.
* Experience in building and maintaining relationships with C-level stakeholders and IT decision-makers.
* Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
* 2+ years' of sales experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
