I’m currently hiring for a trilingual Key Account Manager to join a profitable SaaS company of ~20 people based in Brussels. They’re growing fast, already have strong inbound, and are now looking for someone who can own the sales cycle end-to-end and bring proactivity on the commercial side. What you’ll do Manage the full sales cycle: qualified lead → demo → closing → handover to CSM Work mainly on inbound leads (organic marketing agency) Follow up after webinars/events (you’ll call the attendees straight after the webinar) Close deals in a consultative / strategic sales approach Collaborate closely with Customer Success Attend events (~2/month) in Belgium & occasionally abroad Develop new opportunities (not just farming - 20% of the time) Context Average deal size: €6K – €30K ARR Clients: Corporate (HR, Facility, Fleet, Procurement) office real estate players Market focus: Mainly Belgium and France, with punctual clients in Netherlands You’ll be one of the key sales people, with high ownership Your profile: Fluent in French, Dutch and English A first experience in sales, ideally in SaaS or with complex sales cycle You know how to sell, not just take orders Strong interpersonal skills (important internally as well) Proactive, structured, hands-on Able to work quite autonomously Why it’s interesting for you: Profitable company → not “startup chaos” Strong inbound already → you’re not starting from zero Real ownership on the sales side Mix of strategy execution field (events) Package Competitive base salary Attractive variable (up to 20.000€/year) Mobility budget Meal vouchers eco vouchers Phone subscription 32 days off Hybrid (office in Brussels – Monday on-site, the rest of the week you are free to work remote or on site) Interested?
