This strategic sales role is designed for a driven professional who excels at unlocking value within existing enterprise accounts and delivering tailored solutions.
You will be responsible for deepening client relationships, identifying new revenue opportunities, and positioning your organization as a trusted partner to prominent businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
* Expand revenue within a defined portfolio of enterprise clients by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
* Build long-term, consultative relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, across multiple divisions.
* Tailor your organization's value proposition to the local market, aligning solutions with business challenges and digital transformation goals.
* Partner with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
* Lead virtual account teams, contribute to strategic account planning, and ensure consistent execution of sales initiatives.
* Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining accurate forecasting and pipeline management using proven methodologies.
Requirements
A proven track record of growing revenue within large, complex enterprise accounts—ideally in the Belgian or Benelux region.
Experience managing multi-divisional, international clients, with the ability to navigate complex decision-making structures.
Confidence in engaging with senior executives and delivering compelling presentations.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in French, Dutch, and English preferred.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic actions.
A collaborative team player with experience working across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Service Delivery.
Solid understanding of digital infrastructure, networking, and cloud technologies.
Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a relevant field (or equivalent experience).
