We are currently looking for a Credit Officer for one of our clients in the banking sector.
Your Responsibilities
Credit Application & Client Support
* Introduce credit requests to clients via phone and ensure timely follow-up to complete applications efficiently.
* Guide clients and advise them on the most suitable financial products based on their needs and profile.
* Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing updates on the progress of their applications.
* Demonstrate a strong commercial mindset and proactively identify opportunities for additional financial services.
Credit Follow-Up & Compliance
* Verify contracts, supporting documents, legal requirements, and signatures to ensure compliance.
* Facilitate fund disbursement to client accounts.
* Assist clients in resolving non-compliance issues and provide practical solutions.
Your Profile
Experience & Knowledge
* Experience in banking, credit, or call center environments is a strong asset.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
* Experience in credit processes and client advisory is a plus.
Soft Skills
* Strong commercial orientation and client focus.
* Ability to work independently, structured, and with attention to detail.
* Stress-resistant and team-oriented.
* Enjoys direct client contact via phone.
Education & Languages
* Not specified
* Strong written and spoken communication skills in Dutch, French, and English
